Having a Home Care Package is a great way to get support with one or more everyday tasks in your home. These tasks can be done with you or for you as required, making sure you have a choice over the services you need. Services can include: Domestic assistance, Meal preparation, Personal care, Transport, Social support and outings, Shopping, Nursing, allied health and clinical care, Garden care.

If you are eligible for a home care package, a subsidy is paid to an approved home care provider of your choice towards a package of care to meet your individual needs.

Home Care Package Levels

Level 1 – basic care needs
Level 2 – low-level care needs
Level 3 – intermediate care needs
Level 4 – high-level care needs.
