About Us
I run an exercise program for older adults called 'Strength With Purpose. The classes are based around strength, mobility, and balance. The aim is to keep people fit and active and provide solutions to the everyday physical challenges faced by older people.
'Strength With Purpose' classes are fun and the participants create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive atmosphere. There are people currently attending with very different fitness levels and abilities and between us, we make it work for everyone.
Classes are on Mondays and Thursdays at Newtown Gym. Gym membership is not required.

Facility Notes
There are stairs to enter this location as we are on the first floor. It's an old building, so unfortunately, no lift. The stairs are wide, with good handrails.
