Wuchopperen Legal Clinic - Visiting Clinic (Thursdays)

Through a partnership between Wuchopperen and LawRight, visiting lawyers provide free legal advice, referral and ongoing casework to Wuchopperen clients by appointment each week. Without this service, many of our clients would not otherwise access legal assistance to address their various civil legal needs including debt, domestic violence, tenancy and victim of crime assistance.

Attending the Clinic:
All Wuchopperen clients who have a current health check can book a free appointment by contacting us.

Law Yarn
The Law Yarn (below) helps health and wellbeing workers to identify their clients’ legal needs in a culturally safe, facilitated conversation. The Law Yarn uses symbols for housing, income, family and criminal issues within a graphic and narrative framework.
