Assistance Provided

• Provides free, independent and confidential financial counselling. The service helps to empower individuals by providing information about their rights and responsibilities in relation to their credit & debt issues.
• We focus our counselling services on offering help to people in a way that meets their personal needs. While counselling is usually on a one-on-one basis, we also provide group counselling programs on-site or together with other organisations. We make sure that every person we help can receive access counselling in a way that makes them feel comfortable, empowered and supported.

• Financial assistance and advice Includes payments and grants available as a result of a disaster, and financial counselling services.
• Our counselling service helps everyday people who struggle with day-to-day life to make positive changes in their life. You may need a one-off session with us for some helpful guidance on something small or you may want long term help to come to terms with a difficult situation. Either way, where we can help, we always do.
