A Dietitian visits from Vital Health program two days per month—check our calendar to see when they are next at CRAICCHS. A Dietitian can assist with the following:

• Healthy eating options
• Menu ideas
• Meal preparation
• Help with fussy kids
• Conditions
• Diabetes
• High blood pressure
• Heart disease
• Kidney disease
• High cholesterol
• Gastrointestinal conditions
• Food allergies and intolerances
• Depression and anxiety
• Reflux
• Some cancers

Appointments are available to everyone – discuss with doctor for referral help with your diet

No criteria – any patient can ask for a referral
