Discovery Coast Community Care provides services for frail aged and younger disabled persons and their carers through the Home and Community Care Program and Community Aged Care Packages. Services include: · Basic maintenance services of domestic assistance; · Food preparation; · Transport; · Social support; · Respite; · Home maintenance; and · Nursing. Visiting services to the premises include: · Podiatry; · Womens health; · Child health; · Physiotherapy; and · Community Nursing.
