parkrun - Wondai

Our parkrun starts behind the Wondai Town Hall and goes along the gravel and bitumen rail trail south. After 1 km run over the timber bridge and continue on a slight incline along the wooded path until the marker then turn around and return to Wondai. Facilities Toilets, playground, chemist, small supermarket, coffee shops, bakery and park all close to the parkrun start/ finish location. On the fourth Saturday of the month the popular Wondai markets are on in the adjoining Coronation park. A 48 hour free caravan park is behind the park for those travelling to the area. Getting there on footThe start/ finish is just behind the town hall of Wondai central to the small township. Getting there by roadWondai is a small rural town central to the scenic South Burnett region. Drive to Wondai along the Bunya highway. Either south from Murgon or north from Kingaroy. The parkrun is close to the centre of town. There is ample free parking.
