Sexual Health Programs & Clinics

Gurriny’s Sexual Health unit aims to reduce sexually transmitted infections (STI’s) and blood borne viruses amongst the Indigenous people of Yarrabah.

We take into consideration cultural aspects such as Men’s and Women’s Business. Around this, we deliver services and provide support to clients for sexual health screening, STI Screening/Contact tracing, sexual health recalls, women’s health/men’s health clinics, Adult Health Checks, Young Person’s Health Check, Condom dispensing, and education/promotion. We also transport clients for sexual health related appointments.
