Provides advice and support to parents of young children. The service aims to maximise the health potential of all children 0 - 6 yrs with visits at key ages& stages After hours Maternal & Child Health Line: 132 229 (24 hours) Immunisation Sessions are twice monthly at Horsham Rural City Council.
