St James Support Services Day Program

St James Support Services Day Centre Program is a new program for Adults with disabilities who with to participate in group activities and spend more time engaging in the community. we are registered NDIS provider with qualified, friendly and person centred staff there to support your needs. Based in Cheltenham, Victoria, SJT Day Program can offer the following:

> Community engagement day program open from 9.30am-4.00pm
> Activities both in facility and in the community
> Work skill and training
>Community outings including swimming, fishing, bowling, park walks and exercise programs
> Dedicated public transport group in community
> Focus on daily living and building confidence
> In house therapeutic activities such as dog therapy, music, sewing, cooking and art
>Writing and literacy group available
