Diabetes WA - Belmont

Provides education and support services to help prevent and manage diabetes, including free Yarning Up sessions for Aboriginal community groups. Supports health professionals working with Aboriginal people with free professional development sessions. Provides diabetes prevention and management resources including pictorial brochures and children’s storybooks. Administers the National Diabetes Services Scheme (NDSS). Mon to Fri 8:30am – 4:30pm Diabetes WA has a Diabetes Information and Advice Line (DIAL) which provides information and advice to the public by a trained diabetes educator. DIAL is a call back service. Call 1300 136 588 and someone will call you back. Open between 8.30am and 4.30pm weekdays.
