The Waterbird Conservation Group is a volunteer non-profit organisation. The group is made up of people who share the love of waterbirds and who strive to protect their habitat. Preservation of wetland habitats in metro area and country. Maintains the ban on duck shooting in WA. Actively manages two wetlands in Baldivis. Rescue, care and rehabilitation of any waterbird in distress from botulism, insecticide spraying, algal poisoning or other causes.
