Imagined Futures

Imagined Futures is a partnership made up of 60 not-for-profit and government human service providers, businesses, philanthropists and community members who come together to pool their resources, unleash their collective creativity, and find innovative solutions to complex social issues in the south west metropolitan region (local government areas of Cockburn, Fremantle and Melville).

The work of Imagined Futures is delivered through three collective impact projects;: youth, housing and homelessness, and community.
