Crossroads Project

The Crossroads program is an outreach program aimed at tackling anti-social behaviour, reducing alcohol and drug related harm and improving the health and social wellbeing of individuals. The program is a partnership between St Patrick’s and 55 Central covering the identified hot spots of the Fremantle CBD, Perth CBD and Maylands area.

St Patrick’s has worked to help those who are homeless or at risk of being homeless in Fremantle and the wider south west metropolitan region of Perth. Our goal is to serve the community through giving holistic, supportive and quality care to those most in need through services such as emergency relief,  housing , meals, welfare, education, recreation and  health.
