About Us

The Supported Accommodation Clinical Treatment Team (SACTT) is part of the Bentley Community Mental Health Service and provides specialist, multidisciplinary enhanced clinical treatment, care coordination and rehabilitation for consumers, with severe and complex mental health disorders.

The program is for consumers aged between 18 and 65 years and live in mental health specific supported accommodation within the Bentley Mental Health Service catchment area. The SACTT captures all local authorised hostels, such as Franciscan, Devenish and Burswood, and other supported mental health specific accommodation such as Emmaus, Bentley Villas, and Community Options.

Referral:

Most referrals to the SACTT are received from the Assessment and Treatment Team (ATT). To ensure a seamless community service, and comply with the EMHS Care Coordination Model, internal transfers of care are also accepted from Clinical Treatment Team (CTT), Enhanced Treatment Team (ETT) and Inpatients RPBG (Wards 7,8,9 and 2K). Transfers of care from out of area are also accepted, following initial contact with the ATT.

Previously known consumers whom wish to re-enter due to signs of relapse or to prevent; or wish to re-engage to enhance upon their recovery journey can be referred by their GP, Carer, CMO, hostel manager or self refer via the ATT, who will triage the referral and submit to the SACTT for assessment and treatment.
