We provide a confidential psychological assessment and treatment service for adolescents (aged 15+) and adults experiencing anxiety disorders including panic disorder, social anxiety disorder and generalised anxiety disorder; other anxiety related issues including obsessive-compulsive disorder and body dysmorphic disorder; eating disorders including binge eating disorder, anorexia nervosa and bulimia nervosa; plus other mental health issues such as depression. 

Our counselling service is professional, our treatment methods are evidence based and we are caring and sensitive to your individual needs. We provide a safe and trusting environment so you can freely explore your thoughts and feelings in a non-judgemental way. We will explore your concerns and challenge you carefully, helping you take steps towards a healthier mindset and positive changes.
