About Us
Our Speech Pathologists are trained to assess and treat your child’s communication skills. This may include difficulties with:

Expressive language – putting words into sentences and using appropriate correct grammar, sentence structure and vocabulary.

Receptive language – being able to understand, interpret and process spoken language.

Articulation Skills – the clear production of speech sounds.

Fluency - stuttering.

Literacy – reading, reading comprehension, spelling and phonemic awareness.

Social Skills – such as making eye contact, sharing, taking turns, having conversations and developing and maintaining friendships

Emotion Regulation Skills – identifying angry and anxious body clues and using strategies to help us stay calm

Alternative and Augmentative Communication – using technology to support and supplement communication needs.

Feeding and Swallowing Skills – helping children develop the skills to safely eat and swallow
