About Us

Our Mission is to enable girls and young women to grow into confident, self respecting, responsible community members.

Girls of 5 to 18 years have fun and learn skills that develop their self-confidence and community responsibility.

Coffs Harbour Girl Guide units meet weekly at the Guide Hall during the school term:

Gumnuts (5-7 years) meet TBA.

Junior Guides (7-10 years) meet Saturday 9.30am - 11.30am.

Guides (10-14 years) meet Tuesday 5.30pm - 7.30pm.

Senior Guides (14-17 years) meet Monday 6pm - 8pm.

Adult females can join too. As well as Leadership and Unit Helper positions with the youth members, the Olave Program is open to women aged 18-30 and the Trefoil Guild to women over 18 who have been a Guide or would like to join our international movement.

All members have opportunities to attend camps, activities and other functions through the year with all Coffs Guides, Guides from nearby towns & other towns in the Region, more Guides from NSW, Australia, the Asia-Pacific region and internationally!

While we have our traditions dating back more than a century, we are a dynamic, vibrant movement throughout the world.

Coffs Harbour District is especially vibrant as we have a Leadership team made up of women from different backgrounds with a variety of skills/interests.

Contact us if you'd like to give Guiding a go - girls can attend two meetings for free.
