Coffs Coast Dragon Boat Club (CCDBC) was founded in 2004 with the aim of encouraging a healthier community. This vision has evolved into an active sporting club with a current membership of around 60 people who enjoy fun and friendship while particpating in weekly paddling sessions and competitive regattas and marathon events. Coffs Coast Dragon Boat Club is governed by Dragon Boats NSW Inc.

Coffs Coast Dragon Boat Club is governed by Dragon Boats NSW Inc. and has qualified coaches to teach the correct techniques. As well as a men's and women's team there is also a breast cancer survivor team called Dragons Abreast Coffs Coast (DACC)
