Newcastle Support Coordination Pty Ltd was established to provide support coordination and services for children with special needs and their families in the Hunter region. We offer several free services, including an initial support assessment, assistance with NDIS applications, and plan reviews. Additionally, we provide we offer individualised, person-centred care and support.
