Housing NSW, Queanbeyan Office

Aims to provide a range of affordable housing opportunities for people on low incomes. Services include assessment of housing need, allocation of properties to applicants, property and tenancy management, provision of financial assistance to assist low income people to access private rental and provision of special assistance subsidies to enable priority clients with a disability or HIV/Aids to live in private rental. In addition to providing housing, Housing NSW is able to provide assistance in the payment of bond, rent arrears for private tenants and temporary accommodation. All assistance is subject to eligibility criteria.
