Addiction In-Home Recovery (AIR Detox)

We provide a home detox and 12 month aftercare program for alcohol and cannabis. There are three main stages to our program: 

1. Home Assessment: Our doctor will come to your house to conduct a full medical assessment to ensure your eligibility and safety for a home detox. We provide pathology requests; create a personalised withdrawal plan and fully prepare you for your upcoming detox. We also meet your support person and educate them on their role within the withdrawal process. 
2. 7-Day Home Detox: Our doctor makes daily home visits and adjusts your withdrawal medications to ensure your comfort and safety. We provide these medications at your appointments, meaning no daily trips to the chemist to protect your privacy. We also provide 24hr medical support so we are with you every step of the way. 
3. 12 Months Aftercare: We provide you with an aftercare plan that is tailored to your individual needs, with regular follow-up appointments over the next 12 months
