Our school

Alloway School was established on 1st February 1886, then called Elliot School, and celebrated its Centenary in 1986.  In October 2011 we celebrated 125 years of quality education at Alloway and we continue to provide each student with the opportunity to pursue a pathway that assists him or her in reaching specific life goals.

At Alloway School we aim to provide a challenging, flexible and secure learning environment which will give our students the independence, skills and attitudes necessary to cope academically, socially and morally in our changing world.

In this section you can find out about the day-to-day running of our school and how to contact us.

There is information about school staff, resources, enrolments, classes, reporting, school hours, term dates.
