About Us
At IMPACT Community Services, we understand that mental health is a crucial aspect of overall well-being. Our Commonwealth Psychosocial Support (CPS) program in the Burnett region is specifically designed for individuals aged 16 years and above who require low-intensity support to manage their daily lives. Our services are designed to support the diverse needs of our community.
The (CPS) program provides psychosocial support to people experiencing severe and complex mental illness who are not eligible for the NDIS but are currently being managed in a primary care setting via a General Practitioner (GP) and/or a psychiatrist. Our support is delivered by peer support workers with lived experience of mental ill-health and recovery. Service locations, Bundaberg, Kingaroy & The South Burnett.
