Back on track

Back on Track is an Alcohol and Other Drugs care coordination program that offers a single simple access point for young people to get support, information and referral to the relevant support services on offer in your region. 
 
With the vision to simplify and streamline access to relevant AOD support services, The Back on Track program care co-ordinator will meet with the young person and asses the type and level of support required and work with the young person to create a goal orientated plan to help them get back on track. 
 
The Back on Track program operates Monday to Friday with a Care Co-ordinator in Charters Towers on Mondays and Thursdays and in the Burdekin region Tuesdays and Fridays.
