<p>Monday Morning - HOY - morning tea and prizes</p> <p>Tuesday and Thursday Mornings - EASY CHAIR YOGA</p> <p>Tuesday Evenings - SELF DEFENCE</p> <p>Wednesday Afternoon - SING-A-LONG - well supported by members and visitors alike. Local musicians, singers and singing groups attend regularly. Afternoon tea is served. Many residents of the local Aged Care Homes and Facilities visit weekly. Come along and join in the singing.</p> <p>Friday Morning -TAI CHI - for the older person. This is very well attended.</p> <p>Friday Afternoon - INDOOR/CARPET BOWLS - come along and learn. Afternoon tea is served.</p> <p>Friday Evening - OLD TIME DANCE - well supported and thoroughly enjoyed by all. Come and learn the art of old time dancing. Delicious supper is served.</p>
