We—David and Anita Torrisi, the owners and directors—are industry leaders who have been actively involved in the retirement village industry for 30 years. We successfully developed Sugarland Gardens Retirement Village in Bundaberg followed by Fraser Shores 1 in Hervey Bay. With the valuable experience gained from these first two notable achievements, we are now in the process of developing Fraser Shores 2, a continuation of nearby Fraser Shores 1.
