About Us

Pilates is an activity that was developed to help people learn how to move correctly. It helps to both strengthen and tone the muscles. Practicing Pilates regularly can assist with building endurance, reducing or improving back pain, feeling better within yourself. 

Yoga is a practice that uses the movements of Yoga asana to help focus and clear the mind. Regular practitioners report that they are better able to focus at work or on a partcular task without distraction. Regular practitioners report a greater sense of well being and feel more able to take on the stressors of life. 

These practices should be available to everyone and should not be out of financial reach to those who can't commit to contracts, sign up fees and persistant direct debits.
