About Us

Uniting Care Community’s Family Intervention Service (FIS) is a non-government home-based therapeutic intervention service designed for families with children (including expectant parents) and young people up to 18 years of age. The program seeks to protect children by strengthening parents’ ability to meet the needs of their children and reduce the need for out-of-home care.
