Ability Care Ltd - Disability Assistance Program

Provides planned overnight respite to families within the Greater Brisbane and Moreton Regions. The program provides support to people in all areas of daily living skills and skill based learning. Participants receive a range of community access, social and living skills programs. All programs are designed around the individuals skills and abilities.
