Key Community Supports provides personalised NDIS Support Coordination in your home or out in your community, the choice is yours.  We focus on getting to know you, your goals and your individual needs and match the right services to you.    

Our Support Coordinators hold a wealth of knowledge and experience in Disability, Aged Care, and Mental Health, and extensive experience working in the world of NDIS supports.  With this experience, we have learnt that the key to a person’s success, is engaging with the right supports individualised to their current situation. 

We will work with you to help you understand your NDIS plan, including:

• your support budget and the kinds of things you can use your NDIS funding for
• help you understand how to manage your NDIS funding (self-management, plan managed, agency managed or mixed managed)
• find NDIS providers, community and other government services who can meet your individual needs
• try new providers and new supports to see if they suit you
• set up service agreements and service bookings that reflect what supports you need
• help you understand what providers can and cannot charge
• help you understand what other requirements need to be met to access supports such as when quotes might be required, what can or cannot be claimed, how much can be claimed, and when service bookings are required.
