selectability is one of North Queensland's largest providers of mental wellbeing services. We have been delivering recovery-oriented support across the region for more than 30 years.

Our flexible and responsive approach means that our services can be tailored to the needs of individuals from all walks of life; including culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD), Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander, LGBTIQ and those with disabilities.

We base our service delivery on the following principles:

• The focus is always the individual and their recovery, goals and aspirations.
• Our services are flexible and aligned to the needs of the individual.
• Connecting community and clinical supports will deliver the best outcomes for the individual. 
• Regular collaboration with stakeholders is essential to the individual's ongoing recovery.

As we  the transition to the NDIS, we are working with the State and Federal Government to ensure that those deemed ineligible for the NDIS receive the continued support they need.
