About Us

CQ Health has an ambitious plan to reduce the number of adult smokers from 40,000 (Census 2016) down to 20,000 by the year 2030. Since 50% of smokers in Central Queensland die prematurely, this plan aims to save 10,000 lives and provide additional health and wellbeing benefits to the CQ community over time.
