Medwell was born out of a desire to truely change the way healthcare is delivered. While drafting the blueprint with this goal in mind, we looked at how other pioneering service industries were performing and gleaned what we thought were the best aspects of their companies. We handpicked the best team members who were dedicated to our cause. We realised that to become the next generation of healthcare, we needed to change our paradigm from a service-based clinic to a value-based clinic – a clinic that makes every decision based on its core values.
