About Us
Social Support Services: Escorting clients to shopping centres, GP and hospital appointments, social outings and activities, language facilitation: we have Case Managers and Support Workers who speak languages other than English to assist with communication for eligible clients. Friendly visitors, art and craft and gardening groups, and a variety of fun activities.
