About Us

The Townsville University Hospital offers a comprehensive physiotherapy, prosthetic and orthotic service across the lifespan to support patients through their acute hospital admission, recovery following discharge or when accessing other specialist outpatient services. Physiotherapists, prosthetists and orthotists work closely with medical officers, nursing and other allied health staff to optimise patient recovery and well-being.
