Western Downs Friends Of The Library Association

The aims of the Friends of the Library are:-
- To serve as a link between the library and the community;
- To promote appreciation and awareness of the library's services and collections;
- To sponsor events and literacy activities to stimulate community awareness of the role of the library in the community;
- To provide support for Western Downs Libraries through practical assistance;
- To communicate with Western Downs Regional Council regarding advocacy or support for Western Downs Libraries
