About Us

The Child Support Scheme assists people with queries regarding the collection and payment of child maintenance as outlined in the Child Support (Registration and Collection) Act 1988 and Child Support (Assessment) Act 1989. The separated parents can make a private agreement or an assessment will be made by the agency.
