About Us
The Centre is open 8.30 am - 5pm, Monday - Friday; 9am - 1pm, Sunday. Adult Activity Centre - held 8.30 am - 5pm, Wednesday & Friday, transport available.
District Nursing available 8.30 am - 5pm, Mon - Fri & 9am - 1pm, Sat.
Occupational Therapy. Speech Therapy, Thurs Afternoons Primary Care Nursing available daily; Post Acute Care; Remedial Therapy; Pathology Collection Service.
Out-patients available during centre hours, after hours diverted to Western Vic Triage.
Information on a range of health topics.
A facility fee is charged for some services & payable on use of the service.
Consideration is given to pensioners & health care cardholders.
Social Worker: Available by appointment.
