About Us

Extending 1.8 kilometres across the crystal-clear waters of Geographe Bay, the heritage-listed Busselton Jetty is the longest timber-piled jetty in the Southern Hemisphere and one of Western Australia’s most iconic attractions.

A must-see destination in the South West Region, the Jetty offers unforgettable experiences for visitors of all ages. Jump aboard the famous Rio Tinto Express to journey across the bay to the spectacular Underwater Observatory, where you can descend 8 metres beneath the surface and discover a vibrant artificial reef home to more than 300 marine species.

Explore the Marine Discovery Centre, take a leisurely walk along the Jetty, cast a line, enjoy a swim, or simply soak in the breathtaking coastal views. More than an attraction, Busselton Jetty is a place where generations of people have connected with the ocean, created lasting memories and helped preserve an important piece of Western Australia’s heritage.
