Brightwater South Lake

Brightwater South Lake is a residential aged care home close to Bibra Lake and Fremantle. Our small suburban home comfortably accommodates 30 people, including those living with dementia.

Each of our residents have their own private room, with an adjoining ensuite bathroom and air-conditioning. Our home features a lounge room, activity room and dining room which are perfect places for residents to socialise in. Landscaped gardens and a courtyard provide plenty of peace, quiet and fresh air, and our diverse team of care workers promote a warm and inclusive environment, with all sorts of activities on the agenda.

At Brightwater, care is at our core. We are a not-for-profit organisation with a rich 100+ year history, providing support for West Australian seniors and those living with disability.

We have 11 residential aged care homes from Mandurah to Joondalup, and we also offer at home services including domestic, social and specialist health support.
