Cardiac Rehabilitation - Cockburn Central

A twice weekly, no cost, cardiac exercise program supervised by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist at ARC Cockburn, 31 Veterans Parade, Cockburn Central WA. The program is suitable for patients diagnosed with heart failure as well as other cardiovascular diseases such as acute coronary syndrome, coronary heart disease, cardiomyopathies, arrhythmias, congenital heart disease, peripheral vascular disease, or post cardiothoracic surgery i.e., bypass graft and valve surgery. Clients undertake an individual assessment prior to commencing, are assessed before and after each session and closely monitored whilst exercising.
