Fremantle Contact Improvisation Community Jam

Come learn to move your body in new ways, and have fun while you explore principles of balance, sensitivity, stillness, and motion. Each of our sessions begins with a guided lead-in, including a warm up and instruction on some concepts of Contact Improvisation Dance to begin with. Then we move into open jam time, for everyone to freely explore and experiment with their movement.

Sessions are Saturdays 2-4pm, every week.
