About Us

The Citizens Advice Bureau is an autonomous independent body, providing a free, confidential, impartial information and referral service to any person or organisation - a service available to all sectors of the community without discrimination or bias.Legal advice is available by appointment for a modest legal booking fee. Mediations arranged on family and community matters and the fee is available on request. No-one is denied access because of inability to pay. We listen, make referrals and provide information about community interest matters, legal matters, leisure and recreation, education and training, health, transport. Wills, Powers of Attorney and some family court documents provided for modest fees. JP's available in Perth office 9.00am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday. There are offices at the following centres Albany (08) 9841 4711, Armadale (08) 9497 5311, Busselton (08) 9751 1199, Esperance (08) 9071 1011, Fremantle (08) 9335 4522, Kwinana (08) 9439 1251, Mandurah (08) 9535 3101, Midland (08) 9274 3000, Rockingham (08) 9529 6671, Joondalup (08) 9301 2833.
