Welcome to Balga Plaza Family Medical Centre, a bulk billing, family friendly practice. We are committed to offering friendly, professional and affordable medical care to the community. Services include: General health and wellbeing Men’s health Women’s health Health assessments Immunisations Skin cancer checks Pregnancy care Driving Licence medicals Pre-employment medicals Travel health Preventative medicine Chronic disease management As a bulk billing practice, we offer bulk billing to all patients holding a valid Medicare card for all Medicare-eligible procedures. This means no out-of-pocket cost for most general consultations. We have a bulk billing psychologist and counselling service onsite. We have a registered nurse and friendly staff supporting our experienced doctors. We also offer onsite pathology collection and there is a pharmacy conveniently close by within the shopping complex to fulfill prescriptions. Centrally located in the Balga Plaza Shopping Centre, opposite IGA, where there is plenty of onsite parking, shops and cafes and other services. We have a kids toy box in the waiting room as well as a TV and reading material. We are ideally located for residents of Balga and surrounding areas, including Westminster, Mirrabooka, Koondoola, Girrawheen, Warwick and Hamersley. We are open 5 days a week, 8am till 5pm Monday, Tuesday, wednesday and Friday, and we open 10am till 5:30pm on Thursdays.
