About Us

Osborne Park Hospital campus is home to Osborne Community Mental Health Service (Osborne Clinic), which is part of a network of public mental health services throughout the north metropolitan area. 

Services Provided:

  • Outpatient assessment and treatment
  • Individual, group, couple and family therapy

Staff include psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, occupational therapists and psychiatric nurses.

Programs Available: Rehabilitation Programs Counselling and Group work

We can help with: Adults, ages 18 - 65 years.

Psychiatric disorders. A full range of occupational therapy groups are available for clients attending the clinic.

We cannot help with: Alcohol and drug addiction. Marital problems.

Referral Process: Referrals from GPs, hospitals and other agencies. Self referral is accepted. Please ring the Duty Officer on (08) 9346 8350 for an appointment. The waiting period is variable.
