About Us
Time-limited and capacity building psychosocial supports to eligible clients for whom clinical care is not enough to help build capacity for daily living and who would benefit from specialised psychosocial support at particular points in time.
Socially based or targeted individual client supports apply to social skills and connections; financial management and budgeting; finding and maintaining a home; vocational skills and goals; and maintaining physical wellbeing.
