Albany Halfway House Association

The Albany Halfway House Association provides community based and managed services to adults diagnosed with a mental health issue by working cooperatively with service users and other agencies to encourage self empowerment and determination in the development of skills that will enhance the lives of individuals.

Albany Halfway House Association provides:

• support linked to housing
• commmunity supported residential units 

Your GP, psychologist or other clinicians can refer you to the service.
