Homeshare - We can help you find a Homesharer. A Homesharer is a person that you invite to share your home, and who provides you with set hours of voluntary assistance (cooking, cleaning, gardening, shopping, transport, etc.) in exchange for free or low cost accommodation.
What does the Homeshare service do? Our homeshare service helps you:
Find the right person to share with - set up the arrangement - draw up the legal documents for the occupancy - with ongoing support to help you solve any problems and make sure that things are working well.

Community Connections is a Canberra based not for profit Community Organisation. We provide personalised, strengths based coordination services that work to enhance people’s roles as valued, participating and contributing members of our community. Community Connections has over 18 years’ experience in providing service to people with disabilities, to older people, and their families and carers. We are a registered NDIS agency and provide coordination services (at Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3) and plan management . We also provide a Homeshare services and fund a range of community based support services include personal care, social support, community access, and case management.
