Marayong Medical Centre is an AGPAL accredited, bulk billing General Practice that has been an integral part of Marayong and its surrounding suburbs since 2006. The dedicated General Practitioners Dr John Nguyen, Dr Shivani Moodley and Dr Emma Liu continue to provide comprehensive, caring and ethical patient centered care to all of our patients.

Our mission at Marayong Medical Centre is to provide quality whole person care via a team of experienced Doctors, Specialists, Nurses, Physiotherapists, Psychologists, Sleep Clinician and other Allied healthcare professionals supported by caring Reception staff. This well established multi disciplinary team is dedicated to the prevention, early recognition and treatment of medical conditions from the simple to the complex, as well providing the follow up and the continuum of care to provide the highest quality patient care.

• We also provide annual health check clinic, asthma clinic, diabetes clinic and education and weight loss clinic

• Skin Cancer Clinic – Dr Gamani Goonetilleka is a general surgeon who has been with the practice for many years who attends to skin check-ups and complex surgeries such a skin cancer excisions around the eyes, ears and nose, cysts, ingrown toenails, PDT treatments and many more

• Australian Hearing Services are at the practice fortnightly on a Friday

• Professional Psychologist Services work Monday to Saturday

• Physio Astute – providing physiotherapy services on Tuesdays and Saturdays available by appointment

• Healthy Sleep Solutions - provides in home sleep studies and treatment solutions using CPAP machine

• Douglas Pathology services within the same building

There are several fully funded government programs which may benefit you and your family such as:

• Patients with chronic medical conditions may be entitled to 5 allied health visits per year. Covered by Medicare, including physiotherapy, dietitian, podiatry, chiro and exercise physiotherapy.

• Patients with a mental illness may be entitled to up to 10 psychologist visits per year covered by Medicare.
